MES designed and managed a multiday retreat for professional women focused on wealth strategy, wellness, business growth, and connection. The experience moved through registration, an opening mixer, education and panels, an Old Town Scottsdale outing, and a formal closing celebration.
The Production Approach
MES managed the event and created distinct environments for each phase of the program. Rentals, florals, lanterns, plants, and visual assets were intentionally repurposed across the weekend to create multiple looks while using resources responsibly.

The Experience
Design details included lounge environments, stage and photo backdrops, custom signage, floral collections, candlelight, textured linens, colored glassware, and a closing-night activation. Scottsdale Mayor David Ortega attended and spoke during the opening-night gathering.
