Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 27, 2026

Scope of this policy

This policy explains information handling associated with the MES Event Group website and inquiries sent to our team. Event registration systems, client-managed attendee lists, and third-party services may have separate notices that apply to those activities.

Information you provide

When you email us or submit an available inquiry form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, organization, event dates, location, estimated attendance, budget range, service needs, and other details you choose to share. Please do not include payment card details, government identification numbers, medical records, or confidential attendee lists in an initial inquiry.

How inquiry information is used

We use inquiry information to respond, understand your project, assess availability and fit, prepare proposals, and communicate about requested services. Information may also be needed to maintain business records, address disputes, protect our services, or meet applicable obligations. Sending a project inquiry does not itself enroll you in an SMS marketing program.

Technical information and website services

Website hosting and delivery providers may process technical information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and access times to deliver and protect the site. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which creates a connection from your browser to Google’s servers. External links take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Cookies and tracking

The current website does not include MES-installed advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts. Hosting or access-control services may use technologies needed to operate or secure the site. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking necessary technologies may affect functionality. We will update this notice if additional analytics, advertising, or tracking tools are introduced.

Forms and communication providers

The current project inquiry button opens your email application. Your email provider and our email service process that communication. If a GoHighLevel inquiry form is made available, information submitted through that form will be processed through GoHighLevel to support inquiry management and follow-up. Any optional marketing choices will be presented separately at the point of collection.

When information may be shared

Information may be handled by team members and service providers supporting communications, hosting, inquiry management, or requested event services. We may disclose information when necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable requirements. An initial inquiry does not authorize public use of your name, event details, or materials as a case study.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the purpose of the information, the status of the inquiry or client relationship, and applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements. No website, email transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us before sending sensitive project information so we can discuss an appropriate method.

Your choices and requests

You may contact [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, or to ask us to stop optional communications. Depending on your location and applicable law, additional rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law. Use “Privacy Request” in the subject line to help us route your message.

Students and children

Our business website is intended for professional inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. Student mentorship or supervised event opportunities may involve separate communications and appropriate permissions. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information through this website, please contact us.

Policy updates and contact

We will revise this policy when relevant website features or information practices change and update the revision date. Questions about this policy can be sent to MES Event Group at [email protected].
