One theme, carried into every detail.
WIPA Phoenix brought its members together at The Boulders in Scottsdale for The Hustle Mindset, its Q3 education event with featured speaker Terrica. Ashley Redick led the event in her WIPA leadership role, and MES Event Group designed and produced it around a single idea: a trip to the Amalfi Coast.
The Challenge
The room had to feel like a destination while still working as a program space, with a stage, a speaker, a screen, and sponsors to recognize. The WIPA brand needed to show up clearly without competing with the theme.
The MES Response
MES built the look from a Mediterranean tile pattern and a lemon, blue, and gold palette, then carried it through the stage, the tables, the print, and the food. The WIPA mark sat inside a tiled arch backdrop on stage and on the tile-paneled bar, so the brand read as part of the room. Tall lemon and greenery centerpieces, blue hydrangea and yellow rose arrangements, rattan chargers, and a lounge with blue velvet seating finished the space, and a bicycle cart grazing station under raffia umbrellas gave guests a photo moment of their own.
